The focus of the bachelor thesis is the investigation of the process of integration of Vietnamese individuals into the Czech environment. The main goal is to get to know the different life paths that young people went through when integrating into Czech society and how they evaluate it in retrospect. The research is conducted qualitatively and focuses on the personal experiences of young Vietnamese people regarding inclusion. By examining the life experiences of these individuals and their families, it provides valuable insight into the process of integration. This research aims to delve into the childhood experiences and integration paths of young Vietnamese individuals living in the Czech Republic. Through in-depth interviews, this study tries to capture their narratives, perceptions and challenges they encountered during their formation in Czech society. Through the perspectives of these individuals, we can gain valuable insights into the intricacies of their cultural upbringing, educational experiences, social interactions, and the overall process of adapting to a foreign environment. Readiness of kindergarten teachers to work with Vietnamese children

The present text attempts to prepare experts - kindergarten teachers for quality work with children with a different native language - specifically with Vietnamese children. The theoretical part describes important information from the issue of socio-cultural specifics of the Vietnamese minority, to the topic of dealing with the mastery of the Czech language. The theoretical part is devoted to the topic of individual development of kindergarten teachers, multicultural education, and with the integration of Vietnamese children in Czech schools. The practical part describes the main issues that have teachers Czech kindergartens with Vietnamese children. Preparation of Vietnamese children for Czech state kinderdarten, Confrontation norms

The aim of this graduation thesis entitled Preparation of Vietnamese children for Czech state kindergarten, subtitled Confrontation norms, examines the requirements emphasised on Vietnamese children during adaption to preschools facilities. The purpose of thesis was to identify the main Vietnamese and Czech culture differences, which Vietnamese children are confronted with after entering Czech kindergarten. The study is composed of eight chapters, constituting Vietnamese culture, its habits, traditions, differences and describes the methodology of qualitative research. The investigation was conducted for one year in the Czech-Vietnamese Education Centre Talent, where the researcher subjectively perceived different norms. The last chapter of thesis summarises results of the investigation, critically reflects and answers to research questions.
